R.I.P Kepler telescope on its second death!

Kepler Telescope
Kepler Telescope
NASA's one of the most renowned telescope "Kepler" will no longer serve as it has faced its second death by running out of gas. NASA officially announced this mission's end at a news conference on 30th October 2018.

A project system engineer of NASA Charlie Sobeck told that the Kepler spacecraft has reached at its end because

In 2009 before Kepler was launched there were 350 known exoplanets. Now there are 3800 known exoplanets. Its a surprising fact that the Kepler has discovered 2720 of them. This space craft found exoplanets of all shape and size. This information is enough to know how important part Kepler has played in the research and discovering field of astronomy. Its a heart brooking news for us that it will no longer be able to discover more exoplanet.

The exoplanet Kepler discovered gave many useful information to the astronomers for there research. They predict that every one of hundred of billion stars in the Milky Was should have at lest one planet using the tally form Kepler.

Interesting fact about Kepler is that it is the second death of this spacecraft. In 2013 this spacecraft seemed to be death as it lost use of its four reaction wheels. These devices were very important for the spacecraft as these helped the telescope to be stable for the detailed picture and information of the exoplanets. Interestingly the engineers soon revived the telescope. The found a new way to make the telescope stable. They arranged a new observing mood for this spacecraft by using the pressure of the sun to keep the telescope stable.

As the death of this telescope the team that used to observe the information sent by the Kepler will remotely turn off the telescope's redo transmitters. It could be the end of Kepler telescope but the work of this telescope will be remembered for a long time no doubt about that.

of fuel exhaustion. This was a sad event for everybody who loves the astronomy. The Kepler has played a great role in the field of discovering the exoplanets.
